New books this week are:
Purchased:
The Fine Art of Truth or Dare by Melissa Jensen
Dust Lands: Blood Red Road by Moira Young
The Emerald Talisman by Brenda Pandos - downloaded for *free* for my Kobo. Also available for free on Amazon and Barnes and Noble.
Since I'm trying to work my through my TBR pile, I figured I should probably stop buying new books - but it's SO hard (especially when you come across free ones)! I only added two three books to my collection this week; though.
What books did you get this week?
I can't wait to read Blood Red Road!!
ReplyDeleteGreat IMM!

You are so funny: "free ones don't count" You sound just like me every week. I really can't help myself, I have a book addiction :) I love your haul this week. I have been seeing The Fine Art of Truth or Dare everywhere and the cover has me intrigued.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the heads up on The Emerald Talisman, I'm going to check it out on my Nook right now (thanks to aforementioned book addiction...)

These all sound good, but I'd have to go with The Fine Art of Truth or Dare - I'm in need of some light YA reads right now :)
ReplyDeleteThanks, and happy reading!!!
Awesome haul this week! I haven't read The Fine Art of Truth or Dare, but it looks absolutely adorable; the comparison to Anna and the French Kiss sold it. Blood Red Road is fantastic; probably one of my favorite dystopians. The narration takes a little while to get used to, but it's fabulous. I haven't heard of The Emerald Talisman, but if it's free . . . well, you really can't say no to free books.
ReplyDeleteI hope you enjoy all of these, and thanks for stopping by my blog!
Blood Red Road was SO good! And I love that cover as well. :) Enjoy!
ReplyDeleteVery nice IMM haul. I hope you enjoy Blood Red Road. It sounds like a fun read. :) Yes, you so need to read Born Wicked. I am loving it so far.
ReplyDeleteNew follower. Your blog is very cute too. ^__^
